Diamond for Lt. Governor

Yes, you read that right - I am pursuing the Republican nomination for Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania in 2022.

A successful Republican plan to win the governor's office and defeat Josh Shapiro is like a jigsaw puzzle. We'll need to make every piece fit together perfectly to complete it.

Nominating a pair of candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor are the first two pieces of that puzzle. We need two individuals who will work together to execute a winning ground strategy to beat the Democrats.

Our experience over the last couple of years demands that at least one of those candidates be a seasoned fighter for the People on issues critical to working Pennsylvanians.

We need someone who's done something to end Tom Wolf's lockdowns, has been personally involved in the battle for election integrity, has fought against leftist indoctrination in our schools, and has stood up for individual liberty in the face of ham-fisted vaccine mandates.

And then once our next Republican governor takes office, he or she will need to maintain communications with members of the General Assembly to help steer Pennsylvania back in the right direction.

Did you know it's been over a decade since a Pennsylvania Governor has been inside the House Majority Caucus room to discuss policies and priorities with legislators? This is simply unacceptable.

A Lieutenant Governor who serves as presiding officer of the Senate and has personal relationships with members of the House of Representatives, would be uniquely suited to help our next Governor hit the ground running.

The Lieutenant Governor also needs to be ready and able to step into the governorship at the drop of a hat. Quite literally, this individual will be a heartbeat away from leading our Commonwealth on Day One of their tenure in office

We need someone who has been around the block once or twice, not someone just at the beginning of their vocational journey through life. We need someone who knows both Harrisburg and the private sector. We need someone with broad life experience.

These are the things that lead me to believe I am uniquely qualified to be the Republican nomininee for Lieutenant Governor in 2022. But you're an important piece of this puzzle, and I'd love to hear what you think about it.
