In order for my name to appear on the Primary Election ballot, I need to gather signatures from at least 300 Republican voters who live in the 102nd Legislative District. The deadline for me to file these petitions with the Department of State is March 29, 2022.

Who Can Sign the Petition?
You MUST be a registered Republican voter in the new 102nd Legislative District to sign or circulate my petition.
The new 102nd Legislative District includes Annville, Bethel, Cold Spring, East Hanover, Heidelberg, Jackson, Millcreek, North Annville, North Londonderry, Swatara and Union townships as well as the boroughs of Cleona, Jonestown, Myerstown, Palmyra, and Richland.

The Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits contributions to a candidate or a candidate's committee from the general treasury funds of any national or state bank or any corporation or unincorporated association, with the specific exception of political committees, or any person contributing another person's funds or on behalf of any third party
The IRS requires us to print "contributions are not tax-deductible" on all fundraising appeals.
